No it doesn't, FD are usually really good as well.
I have tried a smaller payment, and it has gone through just fine.

If you were trying to make a debit card payment for 15K it would fail as its over the visa card daily limit. This can be increased for short periods. Call center would know that.
Also while 10K is the faster payment limit, it will still allow a larger payment. Only it will take longer.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
