Mine was the same, but I've just received an e-mail to say they have been sent. So hopefully yours will also be on the way.If I log in to the site, my order is showing as fully allocated, awaiting picking. However it's been like this since the 5/9/12.

Ordered 27/08/12, both orders showing as complete, nothing received so far! Sent them an email tonight, not impressed, I find it hard to believe 2 orders would go estray..0
