Just an update but I've only had dispatch confirmation for one of the Jan Constentine items in my order and not for the Emma Bridgewater items as they are awaiting stock. The wording:

'Please note: All outstanding items in your order will now be shipped to you as soon as we receive them from our suppliers'

So I wonder if they will get stock for the 75% off items.
I'll update later. Fingers crossed they will get stock and send them

If I log in to the site, my order is showing as fully allocated, awaiting picking. However it's been like this since the 5/9/12.

I am not holding my breathe about receiving the order!

Hi I ordered on the 4th sept and it was delivered on the 7th. I thought this was really quick as it does say in the terms and conditions to allow up to 28 days for delivery. So I wouldnt give up yet.

Both my orders came v quickly (within a week). The light blue free scarf was out of stock so they sent me (the more expensive) navy one instead.

I ordered the address book from Moonamarket, that is the one saying allocated, awaiting picking. However I also ordered the notebook from Waterstones and that is showing as awaiting stock. I think if I get either item I will class it as a bonus!
