Creamfields Cancelled

Hello
i had a 2 day camping ticket for creamfields and left on the sunday afternoon following the announcement that it had been cancelled. Apparently there will be no refunds as it was stated in the terms and conditions that there would be no refunds due to weather.
However i paid via credit card and therefore would like to know what rights i have? can i get any form of refund?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would bet they will give some sort of refund, or the brand will suffer big-time.

I had friends who went and they said they were told just to keep their eye on the website.

You will get a refund.... eventually

Does this mean that if it is raining and you don't want to get wet you can't get a refund.
But if it is cancelled due to the weather they will still refund?

think they will refund the percentage you missed or there about. people will say well i only bought a ticket to see ###???### on sunday eve so i want all my wonga back . Wont happen

Please find below full information with regards to refunds for the cancellation of Sunday’s event at this year’s Creamfields festival. Firstly we’d like to apologise for the delay in getting these details to you, we do understand your frustration however, there are several parties involved and it’s taken a little longer than anticipated to pull all this information together, rest assured this has been a top priority for us. As promised a refund will be issued on all Sunday Day Tickets and part refund issued on all camping tickets scanned on entry for all those who have purchased through one of our official ticket agents (either online or by telephone).

For all those people who purchased with a debit or credit card, your refund will automatically be returned to the same card the transaction came from – please allow 28 days for all refunds to be issued and we request that you keep hold of your proof of purchase until you have received your refund.

For those people who purchased their ticket over the counter from 3B Records please contact them directly on 0151 353 7027 or go into the store in person.
Unfortunately those people who have purchased a ticket from a NON OFFICIAL site (including Ebay) will not be refunded.
