Jusy wanted to see if anyone can give their opinion on something. My daughter lives in a flat, she shares a hallway, bathroom and kitchen with a flat next door. Would she be classed as being in shared accommodation or a 1 Bedroom accommodation for the purposes of LHA.Thanks

What rooms does she have for herself, how old is she, and does she claim DLA at MRC or HRC?0

the property that she rents is irrelevant. she can rent a place as big or as small as she wishes.
her LHA rate is dependant on her age and circumstances. if she is under 35 amd single without children or disabilities, she will be entitled to the shared accomodation rate, regardles of the actual amount of her rent0
