Tesco Direct Praise for once

Hi all,
Well as the title say, for once i want to praise tesco. I order a nexus 7 from them on Friday morning for collection from store on Saturday after work. About 3pm i check my emails and no tracking email.
So i called them up and as told they would look into it and give m a call back within the hour. After 10 minutes i get a call to say their is a problem with the delivery and it likely won't get to store until tuesday due to the bank holiday.
So me being me just about to snap and have a go at the women on the phone, when she offers me £20 refund for the trouble.
All in all a £200 tablet with £10 off as a new customer and a further £20 for the problem makes a few day delay worthwhile.
If only other store (i'm looking at you Asda) would be so proactive and not make you fight for every last penny.
******UPDATE*******
Well it seems my praise of tesco was a bit premature. The nexus 7 didn't arrive on tuesday and a replacement was sent for today, but low and behold the customer service guy i spoke to manage to send the order to late and so its apparently going to be tomorrow before its available.
So its off to fire a complaint email to them and remove all my details and account from them.
