I want to buy a red telephone box, I drove past one the other day and it had a sold sign on it but I didnt know it was for sale?
I am watching some on ebay and salvage yards are dear
just wondered if anyone knew any other contacts, I am happy to buy one to 'do up' myself
Im looking at spending about £300

I've just had a quick google and found these,
£650 and they need restoration, and delivery !!!! If that's average you're going to be lucky to get one in the region of £300

I had an idea of putting one in my back garden as a feature, My husband and I remember them but our children know nothing of them and I would like it as a part of British history I suppose, we live in Norfolk (and I am a bit kooky I guess)
The reason I have been researching it is because one up the road was sold and I never knew it was for sale

I have come across pictures of some completely abandoned in the midlle of nowhere but I dont know where or when these were taken, so if anyone knows where an abandoned broke derelict one is please PM me....0
