I had an idea of putting one in my back garden as a feature, My husband and I remember them but our children know nothing of them and I would like it as a part of British history I suppose, we live in Norfolk (and I am a bit kooky I guess)

The reason I have been researching it is because one up the road was sold and I never knew it was for sale :(

There's a house in my city with one in the front garden.Inside is a mannequin in an old police uniform and a pink feather boa.The rest of the garden is equally Barnum with gnome overkill, allsorts of weird stuff and many bizarre signs.

Please tell me that's not the look you're going for :D

My uncle has one in his front garden - I'm not sure how he got it, but he's had it for years. It used to live in his house!

The one in my village has a sign for adoption!

But this is for the LA/council or village to take on, how would I go about finding if Im allowed to buy it?

I have emailed BT and will contact council but who will I speak to?

    fingers crossed....
