Also that's a pretty small door out onto the "Large Roof Garden". looks like it's only for the Vertically Challenged of hte world!

Maybe she's selling it furnished so you can say, I'm eating at the table Rory ate at. I'm cooking in the kitchen Rory cook in, I'm sleeping in the bed me and Rory ......... OK well lets leave it there!!

Oh I don't know, she does have some rather nice "enhanced" features that the main man bought (apparently).... Not talking about the appartment here by the way :rotfl:
