had charges refunded but now received this letter ....

I had my bank charges of £480 refunded the other week but today I received this letter from the bank. I have had this account for six years and had the £4000 over draft for that time also.
"you are responsible for repayment of any debt or obligation owed to us for joint accounts each of you is respnsible and the overdraft limit is available until we provide written notice that we have withdraw or restrcited your right to use the limit and/or we have demanded immediated repayment of any overdrawn balance on the account"
I have never received a letter about this in the 6 years I have this account but since receiving the charges back it has came in the door, is there anything I can do about this or a letter template I can respond with, it basically reads to me that they could just call me at any point and say they want the overdraft paid back immediately.
Any advice or opinions?
