Yes definately aard. Though think Monty is wasted as a gardening presenter. He should be doing a chat show aka Parkinson or Piers Morgan.

Have you listened to the Beechgrove Potting Shed radio programme? It's usually broadcast on BBC Radio Scotland and is available on Iplayer (although I don't think that it was available during the Olympics)
I've just heard it and found it very interesting.
There are also some 10 min podcasts available on subjects like late flowering shrubs and value for money in the garden. I found them very helpful. They are called Scotland's Gardens and available on the BBC podcast site: http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/gardening
The beautiful thing about learning is nobody can take it away from you.
Thanks to everyone who contributes to this wonderful forum. I'm very grateful for the guidance and friendliness that I always receive from you.

Because of you comment, I thought I would listen to one of the podcasts and I couldn't make up my mind if the person I was listening to was English, or someone who had a fake English accent... so I wonder if she was the one you were referring to!

Mark you my husband was talking to an English lady on the phone and when I spoke to her later, she said she could listen to him all night as he sounded just like Sean Connery..!!! Just for you, I'll suggest to him that he becomes the host of the programme ..:j:j
