hello. i had a charge cert on 17/5/12 and not had any thing since. should i be concerned

    Without giving a little more detail, regarding when and where etc, I don't think anybody can offer you much advice.

  • ok. bristol/ parking on a bus stop which i m aloud to do. received pcn. objected on line. now i have a charge cert dated 17/05/2012

    Your parking charge will turn up soon enough, as above, unless your a bus driver, you cannot park at a bus stop and the Council can and often do penalise people for it. If your concerned you could always contact them to ask when it will arrive.

    Certainly has, only busses can stop on a bus stop, even taxis (iirc) can't drop passengers off there so it has a lot to do with the question. Have you followed procedure? Informal appeal to pcn. get rejection letter from council. Get NTO from council, send formal objection. Receive formal rejection and later get charge certificate. You then get the chance to appeal to patas. What parts of the procedure have you completed?
