ESA - can private therapist provide evidence?

*Yawn* Andy.. we've been through all this before. If ESA50 and evidence are returned as appropriate then they should be available to the HCP... certainly seen some reports that they weren't which is troubling.
But your second paragraph relates to very unusual experience. You should get 4 weeks to return ESA50 and only after that time should ATOS HC be determining if medical is necessary and arranging such. Either in your case there was some administrative c*ckup or the explanation can be found in a place nobody here can explore in any great detail."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0
