Redundancy, unfair dismissal etc....help!

I was recently made redundant due to the company going insolvent, received no notice etc. I have filled in the RP1 form and had various details sent to me by the insolvency practitioner.
Although we were all made officially redundant, only three of us were really as the rest of the staff were employed at a new company, owned by the directors brother, doing exactly the same work, under a very similar name, with the same customers etc. from the next day after being made redundant.
I received form RP19 regarding and investigation of whether the business had been transferred, I am aware the all the stock and equipment was sold to the new company a month or so before the official application for insolvency was made, and for far, far below market value.
Essentially what I am asking is whether this is grounds for unfair dismissal? And to ask if anyone has any advice on my situation, or who I should contact, as I feel I have been left out in the cold, and am not sure where to go for advice on this?
Thought I would post on here as over the years I have gleaned lots of useful info from you helpful people.
Thanks.
