I had a successful day in using H&B coupons, 1st I did 2 small shops in not my usual store so was a bit apprehensive to say the least.
Well anyway went prepared with my list, put everything through and girl looked at vouchers and said you haven't bought this, looking at the picture on the front:mad: I politely said it says 'any' beauty or toiletries and that if she scanned it the till would decide if it could be used:D
She did and all went through:rotfl: She didn't question the second lot:T
Went to my normal store for my weekly shop and used lots of vouchers and CO said, 'oh you managed to save alot today' smiled politely and said 'oh yes' and left
Don't you just love it when a plan comes together:rotfl:
Have a few more vouchers to use tomorrow, my question is now though waht to buy this time:rotfl::grinheart I've caught it - The TESCO bug!!:grinheartTesco points have paid for Florida holiday this year'Kids now have 'womblitis':rotfl:I :heart2: MSE£2 savings 2008 = £46Quidco £244.95 PAID 2007 - £54.62 received to dateKids Finders keepers jar £5.99 -since 26/5/070 -
I had to take eldest DD to a birthday pary earlier so didn't have time to post on here as well as PTS
Had a rather good shop, in the end. I bought 2x Macleans Toothpaste, 4x Sunsilk, 2x Impulse, 2x Radox deodrants, 4x Colgate Plax Mouthwash. Cashier was hapy to scan as many as I had, I also had some other items with vouchers too - Copella, Lurpak, baby items. As she was scanning them CS lady came across & said have you bought all those items, I said yes. She looked at receipt & told SA not to scan anymore, SUBTOTAL £90.51, total with vouchers off & discounts £22.23. She then asked me to follow her, I was feeling a little weird at this point & DH was almost having a heart attack LOL anycase she went over to the CS Desk & stared adding up everything AFTER the BOGOF's came off & she had the rest of my vouchers. She then said it's ok you have spent enough & she looked at the dates realised some ran out tomorrow so said it's ok I'll give you the money for those - £7.50. She wouldn't take the Macleans £5 voucher as they were on BOGOF but told me to get 2 more then she'd give me it! I ALWAYS use my CC as I only do one shop a week & want to get my points - 1872 points on this shop. I had to pay £2.59 for 2 more tothpastes but then got £5 back so in total I paid around £12 for the lot!!!!2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0 -

They should have insisted that you put it in the accident book really id go to a+e you never know what damage you may have done til much later then you cant claim you could still go back and put it in the accident book and say you were in shock as you would of been i imagine people are so careless abt health and safety issues not just in tesco but everywhere. I once saw a little boy slip in macdonalds the girl hadnt put the wet floor sign up and his mum didnt know the floor was wet he went with hell of a bang i felt so sorry for him made me feel quite sick poor lad0
