1. The Competition opens at 5:00 am (BST) on 20th August 2012 and closes at 11.59pm (BST) on 31st January 2013. You may enter the Competition as many times as you wish, however please note that a winner may only win one Prize. Evans does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. All entries must be received by the closing date or they will not be counted. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions will be disqualified and will not be counted.
2. By entering this Competition, you agree that your details including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about Evanspromotions, products and news. Please note that Evans complies with strict data protection procedures to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. 3. There will only be one winner. The winning entry will be the entrant that has obtained the fastest score in the Game, and is therefore at the top of the leader board, when the Competition closes. In the event of a tie, the names of the entrants with equal scores will be pooled and Evans will select a winning entrant at random from the pool.
4. The winner will be selected by Evans and notified by email by no later than 2 weeks after the closing date of the Competition. Evans’ decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will win the prize (“Prize”) which consists of:
6. Two tickets to the 2013 Clements Ribeiro fashion show at London Fashion Week in February. Dates and venue to be confirmed; and

• One nights accommodation in a London Hotel of at least 3* based on two people sharing a standard double or twin room.Dates and hotel to be confirmed.

1. There is only one Prize to be won. If a winner does not confirm receipt of their winning notification email within 2 weeks, Evans reserves the right to award that Prize to an alternative winner.
2. The winner’s guest must also be over 18 years of age. The winner and their guest will be responsible for all expenses not specified in the Prize description above, including but not limited to travel expenses to and from and around London, travel insurance, visa charges, airport taxes, meals, additional hotel charges and spending money.

The winner and their guest may be required to provide appropriate government issued photo identification (such as a valid passport) at time of travel, and are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents, visa and complying with all other travel requirements.

1. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Evansreserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing with a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
2. By entering the Competition (i) you agree that your name and likeness may be used by Evans for advertising and publicity purposes, and (ii) you agree to participate in such promotional activity as Evans may require, in each case without additional remuneration.

4. Evans reserves the right to (i) cancel this Competition, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavours to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants).

Subject to paragraph 17 below, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Evans and its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from (i) any postponement or cancellation of the Competition, (ii) any loss or, changes to, postponement of or use of the Prize, and (iii) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond Evans’ reasonable control.
6. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude any party’s liability for death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence, or for fraud.
7. This Competition, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Competition.
