hi
I booked flights manchester to Amsterdam leaving this tue and coming back Thurs. i was hoping to go and watch LFC in champs league against PSV but we didn't qualify for a ticket. Is it possible to get a refund or any money back.

Will depend on the type of ticket you bought, some (normally the more expensive, flexible ones) are refundable, whereby the cheaper ones are ususally non-changeable / non-refundable. You will need to look at the fare rules for your ticket. You may be able to reclaim the taxes although KLM may also take an admin fee for processing this0
