How could I take this further - Issue with Mighty Deals.

A while ago I purchased two discounted go-karting deals. I attempted to follow the booking instructions three times and was never able to get anything sorted. They failed to reply to most of my messages. I emailed Mighty Deals to try and get a refund and they have ignored both of my messages. Any suggestions on how I can take this further to try and get my money back?

Thanks.

On Mighty Deals' Contact Us webpage there is a telephone number and address...
    Phone

    01483 412 978

    Address

    Craven House
    Station Approach
    Godalming
    GU7 1EX
    Have you tried ringing them?
  • if by calling you donot get a refund, contact your card issuer.
  • I have been experiencing the same thing with Mightydeals - I ordered the item months ago and whenever I tried sending them an e-mail to tell them it hasn't arrived, they keep closing my case and sending the same automated reply - sorry they made an error the item will be posted next week..blah blah.... I am at my wits end and don't envisage getting my money back. My last chance is with trading standards, fingers crossed they can do something. As I filled an online survey I noticed hundreds of people are getting ripped off, which begs the question, how much money has the company mightydeals are representing made by not giving back refunds?

If allyou have done is just sent emails, then I agree, you probably won't get your money back.

    Have you rung them?

There is a phone number and address in post number two.

Ring them first, then if you are not happy

Write and post signed for stating your complaint, do not email, do not text, do not digg etc just write.
