Smart people BUDGET car insurance

Has anyone on the forum insured a car with Smart People BUDGET?
They seem to be my cheapest option but I am having trouble adding the options that I want using their website. I am reluctant to use their 0844 number to ask for help and the email address they provide is not valid.

I've no experience of them at all, but that would be enough for me.
Move on to one you can contact easily.0 -
Im the same i look to see what there phone numbers are and if they have UK based call centres. If they dont then no matter how cheap they are i wont go with them.
I use a small broker that deals mainly with performance cars and car clubs.
UK based with 0800 and landline numbers. Only downside is they are a 9-5 company. Only the accident number is 24/7.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0
