New way of getting charges from you

There's nothing new about getting charged for bouncing a DD. You made a purchase using Paypal using the "instant" funds service, where you get the goods or service and then get a DD charge. You clearly didn't know that the funds weren't there (let's assume anyway), you got charged by your bank.
As others have said, all of this was advised to you, and was avoidable. Time to start taking responsibility for your own actions...0
