MoneySupermarket Switch
Used the Moneysupermarket online link from MSE yesterday to request dual fuel switch to EDF Blue + Price Fix 2014.
Although it came up on screen that my application details (including bank account details) had been forwarded to EDF, I'm just a bit concerned that neither Moneysupermarket nor EDF have acknowledged via email. As such I have no reference number or any proof of application. Can anyone advise if this is normal, please? In view of current increases I just want to be sure I don't miss the offer.
Thanks.

Hi there
I changed by using the same method and I got an email from money supermarket confirming my application is being processed. I would suggest calling MS 0845 345 1296 which is customer services, someone on here may have a geographical number to make it cheaper.
Hope this helps.According to ABBA apparently it's a rich mans' world . . .:p0
