It won't accept my email address either though I definitely haven't entered but I am already registered for their emails. I've sent them a PM on their contact page to ask their IT team to take a look. Will update you if I hear from them

These are usually for new subscribers only - on previous comps there has been an email for those already subscribed to send their details to enter although I can't find it for this one.

  • sorry to bump, for those still having issues, this is found in their terms:

Customers who have already registered at www.thebodyshop.co.uk cannot re-register at www.thebodyshop.co.uk/win but can be entered into the prize draw by sending an email from their registered email address to prizedraw@thebodyshop.co.uk

I think you may need to put the email address all in small letters, comps with this error are usually because they don't accept capitals in the email address - just a thought.

  • My normal e-mail for comp entry is all in lower-case and didn't work. I suspect its for new addresses only. I used the long form "googlemail.com" and it went through. ;)
