Unable to enter reading on Scottish Power website

Just moved to Scottish Power and they are ready for me to enter my meter readings on their website.

Problem is, using the login details I signed up with and the agreement no they gave me, their website keeps saying Im not authorised to use it.

Have emailed them twice but no reply.

Maybe its time to switch to another supplier before the agreement is confirmed with SP.

Anyone else have this problem? Dont want to phone them as usually kept on hold forever with these things and cant be bothered if they cant.

    That will not work! Try entering your head size big numbers and your IQ small numbers.

    How long is it since the switch took place ?

    It takes several weeks before your online account becomes active , until then you should be able to enter meter readings through the above link.
