It's a long shot I know, but is there a service like that 070 which diverts to your mobile, except where you get a USA number which diverts calls to a UK number??

If you use Skype, you could get a USA Skype-In number for your account and divert incoming calls to your mobile. I suppose other VoIP providers will do the same.
Alternatively, is this of interest?:

I use https://www.ipkall.com have it pointed to a VoIPStunt service (can be any of the betamax services) and one pointed to a VoIPTalk service. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0
