The homeowners who cannot move home

Well I, for one, am losing the plot here.
So let me summarise.
It appears that many people want a Ferrari, but also want to have children who won't fit into a Ferrari, so they have to buy a bigger car. Although Ferrari have dropped the price of their new 4 seater 4 door hybrid model by 5%, they require a 5% deposit.
Ronnie Corbett, however, is only 4ft 8in and so can fit into the existing version, but is in negative equity on it and so cannot sell it. This is entirely the fault of the Government/Bankers [please delete which doesn't apply] and so it is only right and proper that we have a "Ferrari Tax Credit" system so that all 8-year-olds with long legs can travel to school in style.
Or to make it even simpler, from the original post: The BBC have noticed that if the price of houses falls, then so does your equity. Tough, but true.0
