Thank you, (can't believe no-one else has!) Have just booked this, £59.50 seats for £20, although not a very wide choice, but it was for this Friday! And entirely agree with your heading 'If you've never seen it, you should'. This will be my 3rd viewing (but during 25 years!) and introducing it to the grandchildren this time.0

Thanks so much op, I already had a trip to London booked, just booked these tickets too!0
-
I'll see you there on Friday then! Booked ours to coincide with a Paralympics trip on Saturday.0

Didn't disappoint! Now converted 2 teenagers too! Thanks again.0

Were they two late teenage girls, and were you in the dress circle near the back on the right ( from the stage?) If so, I spotted you at the interval and wondered if it was you! ( Just because I knew those seats were free when I booked mine, I was at the front.) We loved it too!0

Spooky! (Except that they are early and mid teens, grow up quickly these days!) You should've said hello!0

Thanks for the tip - went to see this yesterday and really enjoyed it.!
Annoyingly, what I thought was the prime seat at the dress circle (A14 - front middle next to the aisle) actually is the only one with a restricted view, as the handrail at the front for some weird reason flutes up about a foot and partially blocks the lower left part of the stage where a lot of the action is.
Can't believe the show is finishing - it was really funny in parts (I saw a lot of parallels with my early childhood in a northern 70s council estate - language, games played, names called etc). Gritty too and not what I was expecting at all as I went in blind...I was imagining a 30s American Gangster thing.0 -

Glad you enjoyed it Techno.
If I was booking A15/A16 on the other side of the aisle would this be a restricted view also?0 -
