Divorce

Need some pointers what to consider when approaching the subject of divorce, a friend been married to 2 years, joint mortgage etc, awaiting sale of the house which could be sometime. I advised my friend to get a solictor ensuring everything is done properly.

Thanks,

Garcon 6.

Well although getting a solicitor might be good advice, if your friend could settle things amicably as regards the finances it would save an awful lot of money going in the solicitors pockets. The less the solicitor has to do the better.
