    The word about the scammers is spreading like marmite here in the westcountry.

    That list actually first appeared on DRP's website, they could be real but the claims were all issued in Manchester. They are probably cases involving unpaid utilities or such.

    DRP never and still does not specify that the judgements they show are for parking charges, they just quote these are claims successfully made.
    Any debt collectors will have many many successful claims, as they do chase official debts.

    For DRP to gain judgement they would need to own a debt or be acting as solicitors for the owner. Now they cant own a debt without a contract and they have not got any solicitors registered at their business. Sort of backs up the suspicion that these judgements are not for parking charges.

    I wonder if UKPC were primary contributors to the BPA's famous 'survey' to gather data for the DVLA for the Freedoms Bill?

    It would certainly explain where most of the 36,000 claims figure came from!
