B&B or S/C Bournemouth 31/8 2nts?

We have tickets to the beach concert on the 31st August and would like to stay a couple of nights either 30th and 31st, or 31st and 1st in the Bournemouth area. We are a family of 2 adults and kids age 13, 11 and 7, accommodation needs to be clean and cheap ideally with free parking but we don't mind if it's a B&B or self catering. Budget is maximum of £200 if this is not enough for two nights would settle for staying 30th or 31st. I know the air festival is on so suspect options may be limited.
We have to get of the Isle of Wight first which is not cheap:(
If anyone has any suggestions would be glad to hear them,

hi , i live in Bournemouth, and my friend who is from Switzerland said when ever her family come over to see her they always stay at The Bridge House hotel in Ferndown, and they love it there, about 20 min drive to bmth beach..hope it helps

I think you may struggle to find cheap accomodation then because the air festival is on, you should look on late rooms or bookings and see what that brings up.

Have you thought of staying slightly out of Bournemouth? I live locally so it's only 20 mins in the car and we pop down daily and just park in the BIC car park which isn't too badly priced, perhaps if you looked at places close to the Bournemouth train route, e.g. Poole, Wareham, Wool, etc., are all within 30 mins by train or car and you might get a better price and availability!
