This is a very blond question and obviously Im missing some point. But where are the next codes inputted. Is it after you have confirmed the order?

When you sign in to your account you should see "optional promotion code" box this is where the Free delivery codes go!

tried again ( eyes wide open this time!:easter: ). Couldnt see a promotional code box thingie, rang up Next apparently some people do not have the box online so they must ring up and quote the code!

Placed my vip order on Friday am.Some sale prices came up and some just said "salePrice" under the full price.
Phoned CS who put me thru to internet dept!
They said wait till my account comes in!
By then it'll be too late to return the items
My order arrived Saturday (despite selecting Monday)
Courier left it at back door and the shoved a card thru door to say I wasn't in...............................BUT I WAS IN !
They never even tried the door first.
Anyway I e-mailed CS and got a reply to say phone them,so I am going round in circles!
At least I see from this thread I am not the only one!

Phone them on their freephone No check it out on saynoto0870.com, search for an alternative no then type in Next

Re: promotional code box - I find that (after deleting cookies) if I go to the Next site direct the box is there, but if I go to the Next site through Quidco for example, the box isn't there....
