    I Rang Customer services about everything coming up at full price shd show reduced price when order arrives otherwise they will rectify it, really happy with lady on phone freephone no to use 0800 7314567

    the full price comes up and then it says sale price underneath#

    shall i just go ahead and order and hopefully it weill be recitified on my invoice with sale price

    I'm not happy ordering stuff at full price and hoping it comes down to the sale price. Only 1 item is showing at sale price for me, and as I haven't registered before I've decided to wait. No other choice really. i may try looking it store on Saturday instead.

    What a pantomime!
    I logged on for my slot and placed my order,half it gave me the sale price and half came up full price with "sale price"in red underneath!
    I phoned CS after ordering and they can't explain.I was told to phone back when my statement comes in and they can adjust the prices then!
    Thing is if I don't get half price I will want to send it back!

    What's the point of having a vip preview sale when they not letting even the vips use the code?:confused: how silly! Just cuz they so desperate as to not let ppl order before the actual sale starts,they've even disabled the sale code for vips!:rolleyes:
