If you don't have a Sainsbury's nearby they are generally this price in Morrisons, sometimes £2.49.

Good point about the difference in price between the trays and foil sachets though.

Pets at Home currently have 30% off Whiskas cans of Kitten food with chicken 190g, making them 39p a can instead of 55p - offer only on online purchases. If anyone orders in bulk, could be a decent saving.

Waitrose have 25% or 1/3 off their own brand cat food (biscuits and meat) at the moment. 6 tins for £2.25 - good quality and good value.

Another find while looking for Whiskas, Pets at Home currently have Felix As Good As It Looks (Kittens, Adult and Senior), Marinades and Sensations, 12 x100g, on 2 for £6. A pretty decent saving considering they're priced at £4.95 a box! Offer available online and in store.

I bought this yesterday to try on my 3 fussies, all three like it and it seems to be amazingly good quality - will be stocking up - pack of 6 cans, 3 each of tuna and chicken in jelly

Have bought some pouches to try too

Whiskas Oh So Meaty/Fishy, Meaty and Fishy, Adult and Senior 8x85g pouches currently 2 for £5 (instead of £3.19 each) in Sainsburys.

Also, Sainsburys have the bumper pack of Whiskas Simply 48 x 85g (green label - can't remember flavours sorry!) reduced from £14 to £12. Can't find this offer online, but noticed in my local Sainsbugs today.

My lot go mad for the Oh So range, but 8 sachets in a pack doesn't even touch the sides in my house....seems like another Whiskas ploy to put the prices up!

Home Bargains have boxes of hi-life sachets (12) for £2.99.

Anyone who is fostering for a charity should contact the big suppliers to see about getting into their Charity club. We get RC/JWB direct from them this way at a discount. There is a minimum order of 2 x 10kg bags, but this doesn't last long for the charity or fosterers! They came out to visit the charity to verify it, then we got our Membership number and can get orders sent to the charity or to a fosterers home address.

Supermarket best wet is Butchers Classic & Feline Fayre.

Dried - Burns - many quality vets sell this now.
