Ordered a box set from them which arrived today, twice!
Phoned them to let them know to be told because of my honesty and the value, I had the choice of either sending one back or giving it to someone who may enjoy it.
Just need to think of someone who would be happy to watch it:D

Wow, good customer service from Play is a surprise. I closed my account after they were hacked, but always had issues with them. If it had been faulty and had to go back, it might have been a different story, but good to see they do make the effort sometimes.0
