Hi hope someone can help me. Just installed broadband and can't get connected. The computer is upstairs and I have an extension in the room. I think its this and believe I need a RJ11 cable to replace the existing extention. If this is correct wheres best to purchase one. I already purchased a new extension cable as I thought the other must have got damaged but this doesn't work either. So want to get it right this time.
Thanks
Jackie

you'll need an RJ11 cable to go from the modem to the extenstion, which should have been supplied with the modem but you'll also need a broadband micro filter on the extension.0

also make sure if its an extension you have put in your self you will have to put a filter in the box where the bt line comes into the house and plug your extension into this0
