Time to get claim pack for NRP?

Both the old claim and new claim are on the new CSA system (old claim started last year and ceased before Easter).


Any advise – should I tell them to drop the refund and issue the claim pack or can they do anything to override the system in such circumstances?

I have told them there delays are costing me money in potential lost CM.

Well still waiting for my new case to be processed more than 8 weeks on!! I am calling them every other day and getting passed onto different people within the new client team. Been told theres a "technical error" on my form. Dont know what that means as they dont need me for any more info. They now told me it has been passed onto the complaints department. DOnt know why all i want them to do is just send the NRP a claim form to fill in.

I really just cant understand the CSA now and realise the frustrations other PWC have with them.

Been told my case has been referred to the Falkirk complaints dept.

They told me they are waiting for my documents to be sent from the new client team. Got a letter saying it could be 15 days before they do anything too.

All I want them to do is send a letter of liability to the NRP.


Its been more than 9 weeks since my initial application. No idea why they are taking so long and keep passing me from dept to dept each week.

Any advice on what I can do now??

almost 4 months since i submitted my claim to the CSA!! I have been passed around to more than 3 departments including complaints!
Dont understand why they taking so long. They said they have contacted the NRP and made a date of liability last month but still asking the NRP for info (3rd time they are doing BTW). Not sure what the hold up is, they wont tell. The csa dont phone me back when promised and when i call them just say its being dealt with my another chap but he is not here now. That other chap never calls me back.
I told them that the NRP is quitting their job now and is going on a long holiday most of August too.

any suggestions on what to do welcome?
