Hi all Im new here and this is my first post.
I was just wondering what I can do about claiming for a tax rebate if I have no P60. I can't get one off of my former employer as they have went out of business and I know that the tax office can't send you one out. I also had the misfortune of a fire in my bulding which damaged all of my paperwork including old payslips etc. It would be great if someone could help
Cheers

Your right to say that you wont get another P60, BUT you can ask for written details of your pay & tax for the year in question.0
