cheap insurance for dr10 conviction

hello,

being a silly girl a couple of years ago i was caught (quite rightly) over the limit and lost my licence and had to serve a 20 month (reduced to 15) ban. I got my licence back in march 2012, and now looking to get a car but keep being stung by the insurance. i've recently turned 25 but that doesnt seem to make any difference.

Do any of you know of any companies that do cheap/average/ or atleast not ridiculously expensive quotes?

anything over a 1.3 is just not worth bothering with. please help. im desperate to get driving again.

Find a local broker, But with that its never going to be cheap.

Choose cars with 700cc or 800cc engines. They do the same job as bigger engines.
