Car parts- trader ignoring DSRs

A little update- I wrote to this company in the middle of October asking them for a refund of all costs- so the £165 and the £15 that remains from the extra £30 they helped themselves to from my account for extra courier charges. I also reminded them that the panels are still available for them to collect.

I gave them until the 31st October to respond and...no response, no refund.

Any advice on what to do next- do I initiate a chargeback (even though I still have the panels) or do I issue a letter before action and then go down the small claims route?

For what? We've been over this before. You cant just pluck a number from the air and decide thats what you're charging.

You need to be able to justify any costs you are claiming.

They actually need to be costs or quantifiable losses.
