Funny how the world works. Bought in 2010, selling in 2012 got buyer in 2 days and got an extra 4% what we paid in 2010 for not much spent on it.
All fees paid by new firm so quids in
. Will buy again after temporarily renting in new location.
Market obviously bouyant in the area i was selling in. Of course im a sample of 1, my house when bought needed cleaning and clearing up so 2 years later went up by bit... stagnation - yes. crash - no.0
