Credit Card

Please help me. I have paid the fee by credit card and education provider has went in to bankruptcy. I could not finish my course due to this and they are unable to return any money. Is it possible to claim the fee back from credit card company so that I can join some university?

Look forward for help.

If you paid for a service and didn't receive it, then as long as you paid for the service directly and not through an intermediary (such as Paypal, or some other financial organisation), then you can attempt a Section 75 claim.
  • I paid directly by my credit card. Please let me know how can I apply for refund. Which form must be used? Should I contact Lawyer for this?

    Contact your card issuer.

    Contact your credit card company.

Retain all documentation from this company.

Print off web pages if they confirm the company's bankruptcy.
  • Somehow I don't think OP's first language is English - we need to know how and where payment was made.
If not from UK then the advise given so far may not be correct.
