Ebay listing problem

Every time I click continue after filling out a listing it always says

"Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields."

so I go to to post and packaging and it has added 3 more services for me to fill out so I have to remove them.
So i try again and then it adds a box saying

"Add a surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico" which I have to untick.

This happens every time. What's going on??

co.uk and I have settings so that I post to the UK but there is errors every bloody time

Ebay does seem to be going a bit nuts at the minute, in general.
I've had it asking me to go back once everything is filled in and it's turned listing back to providing international postage when I've taken that off, so I have to get rid of that option again then it's usually ok 2nd time.

There is an issue with international postage adding itself - in so much as the boxes appear - you have to select the top box and 'remove' the 'flat cost to all buyers' by opting for 'no international postage'.

Yes whenever I revise an item International Posting gets turned on again. The only time it stays off is if I realist something. Very annoying!
