Do i swap now?

It looks like if i swap from npower to scottishpower paying exit fees and using a cashback site i will be £28 better off per year. I'm thinking i should switch now and pay the penalty as opposed to hoping I can find a cheap deal in Feb 13.

Am i correct?

    My defered discounts should be paid in Nov 12 I think,so maybe I should stay with them till Nov.
