Currently on babysitting duties but she is still in bed so relatively easy so far :rotfl: i have already promised her she can go to Morrisons and get some salad bar for her lunch so no doubt that will mean a treat as well for after lunch

Loved them pics Sheils and fire**fly :T my DD said they look like me with my sisters! Not sure if it's a compliment or not!

We're off to Whitby today so hope the weather stays good. Gonna take a picnic and the kids want a dip in the pool on top of the cliffs.

Morning all x I've got the day off work as am waiting for washer / dryer to be delivered :j (it wasn't a comp win before anyone asks - lol... ). Wispa cat is curled up asleep on the sofa beside me so am just watching a bit of tv and catching up on a few comps.

Hi Skippy. I had two 'late night' WEMS last night for a jumper from ICHI and a DVD from DVDBuyer both from facebook. They are my latest wins. Have you won anything nice lately? Hope you d ont have to wait too long for your delivery. I hate waiting in.

Morning all, much cooler here today and we have rain expected later, so won't be going far today. DH will probably doze for most of the day as he has just done his last night shift. He won't go to bed because he reckons he won't sleep tonight, apparently dozing on the settee doesn't count....go figure.

Totally agree Blu that we don't want a Forum where politics dictate where things are posted or posts get 'hidden', but then again having a personal 'pop' at people who use the Inn, who don't have the 'power' or wherewithal to move posts also doesn't seem right to me.

Anyway, onwards and upwards, good luck to everyone for today.

Morning everyone.

Peeing down here. Its the kind of day where I just want to snuggle up with the heating on. I dont care that its August, Its cold. Although Ive got to go out in a bit. Rather not have to, but its an appointment I made ages ago.

Dexter is a nice name, Ive not heard of it recently. My DS is Logan (first name) and at first we thought that was unusual, but we hear of it quite often now. I wouldn't call my DS Logan now as it seems to be getting far to common for my liking.

Wingo - good luck in regards to the weather for Whitby today.

Thanks for the heads up for Marie Clare dailies. Will have a quick look now before I forget.

I give up wondering if Ive won anything once it gets to about 5 as well.

My hairdresser had a little boy on August 1st and called him Dexter James, it's a really nice name that seems to be getting more popular now. I like Logan too, can that be a girl's name too? Sure I've seen an actress called Logan.
