Is that really the apple pie you made fire*fly? Look at those chunks of apoke. Looks lovely. I will have to pass for now though as i cant eat any more right at this moment i have had cherry pie which is love!!

Thanks for the apple pie Firefly, fab, one of my favourites.
Its a hard job feeding them all when they come but like to help out all I can, it was DD1's first week at uni so she was feeling it a bit with 3 kids to look after as well but at lease she has a good DH to help out. I have the little boy 8 who has autism from school for an overnight once a week, it gives him a break and a little respite for the others. The eldest 13 comes for an overnight a couple of time a week as well and then the littlest GD come when I can fit her in as well. As you can see we are kept busy. DH and I have both been married before and have 6 offsprings between us with a collection of 8 GK's so never a dull moment.

Been watching XF too ad waiting for Downton Abbey to come on.

Oh my god my typing is seriously bad lately :rotfl:

In bed catching up on xfactor. Hubby is in bed too but he has his headphones on listening to music.

FIL gave us a lift home and i smacked my head really hard on way out of car. Not done that for ages. Doesn't hurt as much as when my mum tried shut boot on my head :rotfl:

Bus driver in Edinburgh managed to shut doors on me yesterday and I nearly fell under bus! My bag was caught in the door and the door must have pushed my foot back off the step. It was my own fault really I suppose as Princes Street is still a mess with few bus stops and we were running to catch this one and approached from the side. We park free just outside Edinburgh as parking is a nightmare and bus is only £1.40.

Gosh Sheils, it's a wonder you weren't hurt! :eek: the bus drivers on one certain route here are so annoying they wait till someone runs for the bus and drive away when they get near! It's happened to me loads of times.

Good luck with packing in smoking melvis I'm sure you can do it!

Hope your heads better Becks xx I've done that before! My girls room has a lowering ceiling too and I'm forever bashing my head off the beam!

Been to bingo with my sis, never won but had a few pulls.

Luckily just bruised my hand a bit. Felt really silly though. Think bus driver was waiting on me moaning at him.
