Got all my ironing done at last. Trying to decide where we are going tomorrow - Linlithgow first I think and visit the palace there. It has a lovely sitting by a Loch and we will get in free with our English Heritage Cards. Not meaning to go into Edinburgh until Saturday morning, show starts at 2.30pm.

Lovely pics FF. Especially like this one .
Expect we will see plenty like him in Edinburgh! I hate the dreadful,tacky tartan souvenir shops and Pipers busking but the tourists seem to like it all.

Hello all did you even miss me :rotfl:

Have decided on colour and size of frame for my flowers. Can't pick the finished article uo til January (!!) but good news is we have got a payment plan so make four payments for it rather than akk in one go whic is easier for me.

Got my 30th birthday prezzie off my mum at last. My beautifl PANDORA charm bracelet. She got me bracelet, heart charm and two stop grips and then i bought a sun charm in memory of my gorgeous cousin.

Then we went to an evening tonight with a guy who hears messages from those who have passed and my mum won a free reading with him in the raffle and she really wanted it so really happy for her.

have to agree with you sheils my dad & all his side of the family were from scotland & whenever we visited the first thing we saw getting out the train station was one of them :rotfl: the foreign visitors lapped them up :rotfl:
suppose it's like any major city who have to rely on tourism to make the way
