As with CamNolliesmummy above, I've been lurking again as I really need to get back into being more organised.

Thankfully the hollow legged Mr Maitane is also very interested this month as I've told him that he's feeding the two of us this month. A little shock tactic for him there :rotfl:, hopefully he'll understand why I get strict about going the supermarket every day whether we need stuff or not.

    This week, we're having:

    Thursday lunch: Pesto gnocchi (HM)
Dinner: Parma ham wrapped chicken breasts with roasted veg and garlic bread (Ham and chicken both YS)

Friday lunch: Ham and vegetable soup (HM)
Dinner: Venison ragu with pasta and garlic bread (Venison YS and tomatoes from FIL's garden)

Saturday breakfast: Ham and cheese toasties
    Lunch: Soup and sandwich
Dinner: White fish with fried chorizo in tomato sauce and pasta (tomato sauce from Friday)

Sunday breakfast: Ham and cheese toasties
    Lunch: Salad nicoise wraps
    Dinner: Roast dinner

Monday lunch: Leftover roast meat with couscous for me and salad for Mr M.
    Dinner: Calzones and salad (HM)

Tuesday lunch: Pizza slices and salad (HM)
Dinner: Shish kebabs, dhal and flatbreads (HM)

Wednesday lunch: Leftovers of shish kebabs
Dinner: Fish fingers, oven chips and peas.

I'll also be making a few flatbreads and some hummous to keep us in snacks, some cakes (either made with oil or mayonnaise as we've no butter in and I'm not going to the shop!) for his lordships lunch and puddings and one for work tomorrow as I've had my hand in the biscuit barrel and need to contribute something! :o
