Hello all,
Glad I found the thread! Last weeks plan was mucked up by a pumkin disaster, luckily roomies stepped in to cook.
Away this week from Wednesday just just planning until then. Seriously need to get more veg in my diet so focusing on that.
Going to do what I did last year and try to get in a new recipe every week as things are getting a bit repetitive around here.
Anyway, this week:
Saturday: out for roomie's last night in the country
Sunday: Leftover curry and cake (yumm)
Monday: veggie stir fry w/noodles
Tuesday: meat lasagne (New this week, hopefully leftovers will feed OH while I'm gone!) with HM oven chips and saladMortgage free by 30:eek:: £28,000/£100,000Debt free as of 1 October, 2010

Hi everyone! missmucksmum - I do that as well, and because I work full time I really can't spend weekdays having a cooking marathon going on so if I miss it the whole week gets messed up!
Meal plan:
Tonight - whole mackerel for myself in a honey/chilli dressing, burger for OH with HM bun, both with HM chips and salad. Got loads of mackerel by mistake in online shop so cooking it all and using some in salads for lunch.
Other meals:
Veg lasagne with garlic bread (probably Sat night)
Veg & chickpea tagine with cous cous
Brazilian chicken stew thing with rice
Spag bol with salad (sauce in freezer already)
Veg chilli with rice (also in freezer)
Always leave a night free in case we go out or something, will have vegetarian stir fry or pasta or curry otherwise with store cupboard ingredients.
Making soup right now for freezer too, minestrone without the pasta as that goes all soggy in freezerwill freeze leftover buns from today to have with it and it'll probably all get eaten for my lunches after I've finished the mackerel. OH has tinned tuna and a pot noodle and a tin of beans to have with toast.
Usual breakfasts of cereal and usual snacks of apples & bananas for me, crisps for OH, also might make brownies or cookies this evening.Part time working mum | Married in 2014 | DS born 2015 & DD born 2018

Hi everyone... I've been AWOL for a while! We managed to successfully empty our HUGE chest freezer before we moved. We are now moved, been on holiday and just starting to settle into our first home
We have been meal planning since we got back from Holiday and have done 3 sucessful weeks, things have been jumbled a lot at times (mainly from visitors eating with us so no leftovers...) but we have not succumbed to the dreaded take-away (although yesterday was VERY close!)!! Yay!
DD is now 7 months and eats the same as what we eat, just without salt and chopped small (she never liked puree's anyway)... so no faffing required
So this week:
Monday - HM Tuna and Vegetable Pizza on Granary Base with Salad :j
Tuesday - Sausage, [STRIKE]Mash and Veg [/STRIKE] Eggs and Beans
Wednesday - Leftover HM Chicken Korma with [STRIKE]Rice and Mushrooms[/STRIKE] Pasta
Thursday - [STRIKE]Spaghetti Bolognaise with Salad[/STRIKE] MrS Chicken and bits from the hot food counter
Friday - [STRIKE]HM Tuna and Vegetable Pizza on Granary Base with Salad[/STRIKE] Hotdogs
Saturday - Spaghetti Bolognaise with Salad :j
Sunday - [STRIKE]Cottage Pie with Veg[/STRIKE] HM Pizza
Good luck to everyone xWe spend money we don't have, on things that we don't need, to impress people we don't like. I don't and I'm happy! Mortgage Free Wannabe :dance:Overpayments Made: £5400 - Interest Saved: £11,550 - Months Saved: 240
