Some builders were working next to where my car was parked yesterday, I'm away from home for a few days.
When they were cleaning up their mortar mixing spot they must have used a water hose and after they'd gone I noticed my car was covered in cement/mortar splatters which had dried in the sun. Expletive deleted!
Because I didn't want the stuff to remain until next week I washed them all off using copious amounts of water and a microfibre cloth - that's all I had to hand.
Unfortunately, in places where the spatters were, the lacquer has faint "swirl" marks which can be seen at certain angles and lighting. The cement/mortar will have acted as an abrasive.:(
Would something like Farecla G3 polish the "swirls" out or will that be too harsh and make things worse? I do have some at home.
Or would an alternative be more effective? If so what?
Thanks in advance.

Take it to a bodyshop and get them to buff the marks out, that would be your best option.
If you're ever in the Stoke area I'd do it for you..... for a small fee lol0 -
You were lucky the stuff didn't eat into the laquer like bird droppings can.
As above, see if you can get it professionally mopped as that might be the best way to bring the shine back.
Obvious cost though.
5t.What if there was no such thing as a rhetorical question?0
