I just got my new credit card and was trying to use it to make an online purchase, the website sent me to verified by visa so I registered and then it denied my payment. So I phone the bank up and they have no record. Try to phone verified by visa and the phone number doesn't work just brilliant thanks very much.

Me thinks thread title should be 'vilified by visa'

Try to set up Verified by Visa with your card issuer separately it's possible the registration failed hence the decline of the transaction and why the issuer has no record.0
