I have been an extremely low user, even the utility companies said that about me...now unless I lose benefits or they are reduced drastically after reassessments and changes coming, there is no point saving as you are penalised so I will as long as I can put my heating on and enjoy it, ditto the electric and next year if things go pear shaped I will deal with it then.
Not much is important than keeping a roof over your head, eating reasonably well and staying warm. And my entertainment is the internet if I can do that I'll survive...hope I can get Christmas and Winter out of the way..."A government afraid of its citizens is a Democracy. Citizens afraid of government is tyranny!" ~Thomas Jefferson

'Low user' means different things to different people. If you are a very low user, then your comp site results would probably have thrown out Ebico as the cheapest supplier.

FU do appear to have a lot of complaints against them on the site, are they the ones who fit smart meters as part of their package?
I see they got 4/10 for customer service on Money supermarket.
They did but there have been a few threads over the past month or so where switches have moved and been told they have suspended their smart meter installations until things are clearer (there is a excision due on the standard) and those who switched to get a smart meter are now refused...although whether they will stick by that if the customers complains on the grounds off miss selling, is unknown.:rotfl: It's better to live 1 year as a tiger than a lifetime as a worm...but then, whoever heard of a wormskin rug!!!:rotfl:0
